Two Gameweeks down and already the dilemmas are building; the sirens song of the Wildcard button calling.
Failing big hitters are the major bone of contention as Jonty, Andy and Luke join me for the second ScoutCast of the season.
We give our verdicts on the Spurs talisman, while also assessing the fall-out from Manchester City and, in particular, the shot-shy Kevin De Bruyne.
Driven by another round of community questions, we also chew over The Pogba vs Mkhitaryan debate and the big Bournemouth bail out, before previewing Gameweek 3.
Oh, and after his ten point return on the Aaron Mooy investment, we wrestle to prevent Jonty dropping his name into the conversation. I think I counted two. That’s a win for everyone involved.

Can you call it a comeback? Avid listeners – and there are some, honest – will certainly hope that Granville’s return to ScoutCast action will be repeated.
For now, we just have to savour him gatecrashing our early season party, armed with a very reasonable Gameweek 1 tally.
Granville joins myself, Jonty, Andy and Az in a five-aside episode for the post-mortem of the opening weekend.
Once again we embrace your community questions, going in studs showing on all the key issues, as we assess the Zaha replacements and strap our knees to the desk to discuss De Bruyne and Kane.

The final countdown has begun with the new season kick-off now less than 24-hours away.
Earlier the week the ScoutCast grew gathered as the clock ticked down, with Jonty, Andy and Luke joining myself to tackle a raft of perfectly targeted questions from you – the community.
Each of us take turns to reveal our current line-ups, while the collection of queries allowed us to put each of the four positions under the microscope. On occasions, we even broke from the ScoutCast tradition to provide some definitive answers.
Pre-season gremlins struck as I dropped out in full flow on Paul Pogba, but I managed to return to steer the ship towards its final destination – the first weekend preview of the new campaign.
It’s good to be back
